How to Stay Healthy & Boost your Immunity during this Covid Pandemic

Today health plays a vital role in everyone's life. 2020 is the year which brought self realization that how important is our health. so boost your immunity by following these methods in your daily routine.

Morning Routine

1. When you getup drink warm water.
2. Do Yoga/Meditation/Simple Exercises
    Yoga you can do Surya Namaskaram, Anulom Vilom

  • Postures such as Adho-mukha-shvanasana, Uttanasana introduces inversion of blood to the heart increasing the blood flow to the heart.

  • It also improves metabolism and blood circulation (hence, a glowing skin) and ensures regular menstrual cycle for women.

Who should NOT do Surya Namaskar?
  • Pregnant women should not practice this after third month of pregnancy.

3.Give a half an hour break and have your breakfast.

Lunch

2. Give a half an hour break and drink warm water.

Evening

1. Drink Khada - Add Cumin seeds, cinnamon powder/stick in water and boil
2. Cool it for a while and drink when it is warm
3. It helps to Detox your body

Night

1. Have a light meal before 8:00 PM
2. Give a half an hour break and drink warm water.
3. Try to sleep at 10:00 PM, so that you can complete your 8 hours of sleep. This makes you feel fresh and energetic when you getup in the morning.
